Road show!

Lakeridge 4th Ward ROADSHOW!

Once upon a time, the Stonewood stake invited us to join them in a Roadshow...

The theme? "I Believe"

The Director? Sis. Danene Jackson!

The actors/dancers/singers? The Youth of the 4th ward!

Our show? "A Leap Of Faith" starting with our main character complaining that EVERYone tells him what to do- at home, church, school... Then, "Al" his roadshow guide shows up and takes him through time: to caveman time where he serves the cavemen by helping them scare off a triceratops; to the 1920's where (after an awesome dance number) he gives his jacket to a poor man; to the future where he realizes that having no choices is worse than having people tell you what to do... So he returns home a change guy!

This is us just getting started... and wound up!

Our scary ...triceratops? Or Statue of Liberty?

Marissa's action shot- sword fighting with the canes.

Our awesome Sis. Jackson giving Preston a demonstration...

One of the best side effects of the roadshow is that our Youth had to work together and get to know each other better. On the night of the big performance, they ALL played together ALL night! Including a game of:

They were also CUTE!

And SILLY!

Behind the scenes peek...

Hannah did FABulous on her dance- kicking the cane out of Truckston's hand was just a bonus trick :).

I wish my camera was better BUT these kids are awesome hams!

Good job!
