Turns out, our ward had a reputation to up-hold because they smoked every one last year. We did so-so the first couple races but the Watermelon race? Creamed 'um all!

Here's sitting around the smoking camp fire practicing roll call for the morning. It rained everyday so the fire pit was always wet. It took half an hour of smoking wood to finally get a fire started but it was so cold we all sat around it anyway...
